This video is really helpful, and it was done by a guy named Josh Masanow. When I saw this, and his commentary, I was pretty impressed at his ability to articulate, and teach this method.
It's a quick 15 minutes, and you'll have a much better sense of Nondirective styles of meditation after watching this one.
